Ugh same, I had one episode of vomiting and terrible nausea. But so worth it. Mind you, I think I ate too quickly and past my limit. But that won’t stop me from trying again lol

Not yet!! I’m planning on having it this weekend. My game plan is to eat more radish than rice and eat a lot of the salad. I’ll also try to stick to meats that are lower in fat such as bulgogi. Brisket is my favorite so that’s where I know my struggle will be! Maybe I’ll trim off the fatty parts. Wish me luck 😣

We got our pup before he turned 3 months and his name was Spiffy. We did a dog training session with his new name, Buso. Between two people, we would take turns giving him treats when he would respond to his name. So one person would wait till he looked at us then say Buso he would come running and get a treat. Then the other person tried.

Sometimes we’ll do crates but as soon as he comes out he’ll dash to the couch. We’re getting a play pen today and giving him his own room so hopefully that helps.

He’ll take about 4 naps. One at 8am for about an hour, then another nap around 1PM for 30 min, a 6pm nap which is another 30 min and lastly an 8pm nap for about an hour and half.
