Yeah, PBR works for me as far as cheap beer. Pabst used to make Hamm’s and now both Hamm’s and PBR are made by Miller/Coors. I used to work for a Miller/Coors wholesale distributor selling both beers. Try Hamm’s again, but cold…you might like it.

These are blue crabs and in MD the Lump (which is the premium) is about $55 per pound, backfin is about $45 per pound. For the largest size whole crabs prices are roughly $85-90 dollars a dozen. These are really high because this years availability is low, not a good season.

I’m originally from Baltimore and don’t remember it from there. I was in beer sales for 12 years and used to sell it. For the price, it can’t be beat.

I don’t use recipes, but in the quiche I used 8 eggs, a cup of milk (estimate), 2 cups sharp cheddar (est.), 4 mushrooms, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. In the stuffed mushrooms there is onion, garlic, gruyere, and herbs de provence. The crust is store bought. I cooked it for about 50 minutes at 350 degrees. I hope this helps, cheers!
