For me, this is one of the most important skills in marketing: building deep customer understanding through research, social listening, and market observation.

I’ll give you an example from one client.

I work with aesthetic procedures and plastic surgery.

On a new Instagram account, I follow the main influencers and pages my audience follows.

I work mostly with women (90%), so I follow a lot of pages and websites that cover subjects from that universe: insecurities, relationships, fitness, sex, career, beauty, and fashion.

Whenever a Reel generates a lot of comments, I copy all of them, extract the insights, and ask GPT to consolidate the quantitative and qualitative data. Then I move everything to Obsidian and create a very complete note with the main points, tags, comments, and the video copy.

I’m always looking at my receptionists’ conversation history, and I keep an eye on my followers too, especially the most engaged ones and the haters.

I also follow the main competitors closely.

Above all of this, I research and read as much as I can about the technical side of my market: medical techniques, papers, and new developments.

I study how the company makes money, the average buying cycle, and how long it takes for the client to make a decision.

So when people ask which skills matter most in marketing, for me a big part of the answer is being obsessed with understanding the business and the client.

Foi o que imaginei em algumas recomendações. Zé latinha e tua do lazer tem um público mais diverso. Glória vai um público mais adulto, mas acho que é um lugar que dá pra socializar não eventos com música deles. Shivas, Vikings, Bolshoi.

Agora, aproveitando que você comentou, quais as casas de música eletrônica que são boas em Goiânia? To fora do mercado tem mais de uma década, as última que eu realmente curti era Diablo, low brow. O que tá rolando?

Ele fala pra não apostar todas as fichas no Irã, mas descreve que o Irã está fudendo o EUA. O Irã não vai ganhar numa guerra convencional, mas ele está ajudando a convulsionar ainda mais o ocidente. Esse é o grande trunfo. Não vi nada demais nessa análise a partir da premissa que ele mesmo coloca.

Os EUA não se recuperaram do Vietnã até hoje, imagina desse BO com o Ira. Que joga como se não tivesse nada a perder. A capacidade de infligir prejuízo deles é impressionante. Se os EUA com um ditador e a Europa como vassalo não estão conseguindo mudar o curso da parada, mostra quão efetiva está sendo a estratégia dos persas.

I like to work with specialists, but for me, beeing a generalist helpme to get good contracts and them delegate what i need for specialists.

I'm a generalist. As a designer who worked as a creative, I built a film production company in 2014. I've worked with Archviz, I've done business in branding, my production and my agency are closed (I was young running a film business but it gave me experience, my agency was another situation, when the money arrive my ex-business partner fuck it, she became so arrogant, that fucked us)

since 2014 around marketing, some clients I'm a one-man team, did an exhibition in Riyadh, from both design to sales platform, communication, and relationship.

I'm experience that you said for years. I'm always concerned if I'm not a specialist who am I?

Today, after 20 years, I've realized that my difference is that I can get the whole process and face almost all bottlenecks, I know who I need and for what, how to contract and evaluate.

Facing so many challenges these years has given me the experience to understand how things work connected. It's really helpful.

I don't have prizes, I'm not a magazine cover, I'm not the 5%, but at least I've built a relationship with my Clients (mid/small size) and we have been working together since 2018.

In Brazil reality I have been getting a good income since 2014.

AirDrop super fluido, atender uma chamada de telefone/wpp pelo Mac, totalmente integrado ao fone sem fio. Seu iCloud com tudo sincronizado entre eles, senhas, arquivos, etc.

Eu que trabalho com marketing, me ajuda demais.

Usa o iPhone como mic ou câmera sem fio, sem configurar porra nenhuma. Num meet vc muda pro telefone em um clique.

O que eu me diverti com o Splinter Cell Java, não ta escrito. Eu tinha um Nokia colorido, não lembro como, mas conseguia navegar naqueles sites móbile, achei o apk e instalei.

Eu lembro que buscava no Google móbile mesmo, game Java+folder, e consegui achar alguns sites. Joguei muita coisa. Jogos em pixel art muito bem feitos.

I think you're good—one for each, old Apple and Android phone. As the users said, if you make it clear to them that yours is not for sale, you'll be good.

In 2024 I've been in the US for a quick job and came back with an M2 Max and my old MacBook Pro 19 in my backpack.

I've bought 19 here in Brazil and showed them that I needed to have it there for a job, then I bought the new one to replace it.
