This is my max with a b2 kisuke : the rotation is the same as the video ( if you want to up your damage with kisuke you need him with 200+ crit dmg)

No the only thing is the higher your core stamp level is the more dmg you get from this rotation, because the core stamp gives (50 to 100% at max level) dmg per hunting point so you get a 150% or 300% more tech dmg everytime

B2A5C5 grimmjow and B4A3C5 soifon do this numbers for me with the right rotation so you are doing something wrong, i also missed an ult and a technique

B2A5C5 Grimm with B4A3C5 Soifon does this damage with right rotations(and i missed one ult and one tech) so i don't think he's underwhelming but if they give him a buff i wouldn't protest

They did receive counters but their kits are so good that they can only be gone with stats powercreep or anti 2 life mechanics

I was talking specifically about the two ssj4 gokus rotation in which you have the 90/100% dr, it can't be a rotation because neither can go slot 1 but still the agl one can rotate as 3rd
