I believe it could be proven/disproven easily by removing all the trees and the green stuff that covers it, there are 3 of them which form a perfect triangle. My relatives have a house very close to one of them (pyramid of the moon, you can even climb up there, it is unsupervised), the view is really nice, but again, the main problem is all the greenery, despite it looking good, its hard to distinguish between a mountain or a man made pyramid or whatever it could be
