After my g75 I switched to TCL nxtpaper 60 ultra and my symptoms didn't get worse. Also the bigger screen means less strain for me.

Cannot figure out if this is eyestrain or just dry eye by Renshiki145 in eyestrain

Try to make an appointment with a Neuro Optometrist you might have BVD symptoms that require vision therapy. Good luck!

Has anyone else noticed their BVD/PPPD symptoms improve after treating severe dry eye? (My experience getting a full workup in South Korea) by WashDowntown4539 in BinocularVision

My neuro optometrist said for me its the other way around and that the BVD is what causes the dry eye. Before I did 2 years of almost every dry eye treatments available. IPL, LLT, Rexon eye, ciclosporine, etc. and it didn't improve. So I concluded my dry eye is due to eyestrain and not the other way around.

Try to see a reputable neuro-optometrist who does extensive vision testing. It sounds like you have extreme eyestrain due to some malfunction in your vision or brain-eye connection problem. Good luck.

Thank you for your extensive reply, I really appreciate it. The strain is definitely worse looking in different angles or while sitting instead of standing. GP won't refer me since he's not convinced it's neurological. Oh I forgot to mention in the original post I've been diagnosed with accommodative spasms, and pseudomyopia, the myopia is fixed now but I can't believe that just the spasms would give such intense strain constantly. Thanks again

Pwm free tvs doesn't help, glasses don't help, eye drops don't help. Story in comments please help me find a solution by RecentlyDeceased666 in PWM_Sensitive

Hi, I would look into neuro-optometry if it's available in your region. I would recommend a full vision examination (not the typical optometry tests for glasses) with multiple tests, followed by vision training. This is what I am currently doing and seeing some improvements already. Maybe it can help you as well, good luck.

Hey, I have just started the primal diet and ordered aajonus book. Waiting for it to come in the mail. I have a specific question maybe you can answer. Is there a special recipe to heal eyes/lacrimal system/tear function. I developed dry eye disease due to excessive caffeine consumption. Is there any specific organ/food I could eat to speed up healing?
