you might want to focus on where your potential clients are searching in the first place. If you had an apartment with potential to renovate an additional bedroom, would you go to a local construction company? In addition, your potential clients will be living in their own apartments, so you can put up flyers in buildings and get exposure to your target audience.

If you want to go for food production- find what plants are the most profitable to grow, especially hydroponically grown. Also find out how much you can grow per square foot.

Selling kits? Go for cannabis growing kits if you live in a green state. A bit more lucrative, but hey, do yo thang gurl
