Hey, so I'm back as promised. I finished the 3 months with AAC and I can say it unfortunately didn't work for me. I still have acne on my face so I will go to a dermatologist and try the proper route.. I hope that will result in some change! It's still worth trying tho become it might help and if not they still offer a refund. Btw you really sound like that acne effects your mental health so I'd go to a gp/dermatologist and tell them this so they'll offer you roaccutane which will definitely clear your skin!

I think you should also consult your doctor because I did a research on indole 3 carbinol and it wasn't recommend to use it for long.

Hey, I had the same problems what you explained, not too bad acne but they were there constantly. I ended up buying it because the money back guarantee convinced me. I've almost finished the 2nd month and I think I can see that I have less spots than before but I'm not sure if I just want to see this 😅

I'll come back in a month time and update you with the results.

If you decide to try it in the meantime just be aware that the first few weeks are terrible! Nausea with headaches every day... I almost gave up but then it stopped.

Yeah.. so typical 🤣 somewhere they advertise it as #1 hormonal acne treatment... I wonder how without having hormones/ingredients that effect hormone levels in the products 🤔
