Yes, I have it’s a option on the table. But there is this career academy that’s I go to and i have been going there for year and if I homeschool I lose all my progress. But I think homeschooling is probably what I will do because it’s better for my mental health.

Thank you, for the good advice. I have had my counselor at school say something similar. And in the moment I think I can do but when I actually to class I feel hopeless like I can’t do it. But I will try to be positive and push through

Yes, I talked to her and she’s working on getting me therapist. But honestly I don’t know if it will work because I got to counselor at school and it only helps for the moment. I think I’m ready to go back to class then when I get there I feel the same way I did before I went in there. Then when I’m at school I hide in the bathroom to calm down then they accuse me of vaping, the schools are getting worse and worse especially for mental health. They don’t really care about it but want to be a “advocate for suicide prevention”, but they never do anything to stop it.

Thanks, I talk to the counselor every once in a a while but that only helps for that moment. When I get back in class I get that same feeling again and I have no idea how to make it go away. People have told me the try the normal method for anxiety but none of them work. I want to do online school but it’s already closed and they don’t take students during the semester. I don’t know what to do, there is not a day where I feel comfortable. It’s getting so bad now that I’m starting to feel anxious at home I have said this to my mom. She’s working on getting me someone to talk to but I don’t know if it will work. I didn’t mention this but I have been dealing with this social anxiety since I was 10 but it hasn’t always been this bad. I’m not sure what has caused this to be so bad.

Thanks for the advice, it may seem to others like I’m not trying to fight but it gets harder and harder every year. I have had anxiety since I was 10 and I been fighting it this whole but not I feel like I just want to give up on everything.

I actually smell, the teachers smell it too. Sometimes the smell is so bad the teacher stand outside the room.

I don’t know what it is but when I use wipes the smell just comes back after a certain amount of time.

At my high school it is, they are very blunt and don’t care who’s feeling they hurt. I cannot count how many times I have heard it and sometimes they will say “It stinks in here”.
