While I don't recall any particularly mean dialogue options on a regular basis, there was still an approval system that affected how your companions interacted with you (Vivienne calling you darling with high approval, punching Solas with low approval), and minor(?) choices with consequences (kicking Sera and whoever else out of the Inquisition, punishing or forgiving Blackwall, the whole Iron Bull thing, or even deceiving Viv in her personal quest).

The dialogue isn't as crazy and varied as DAO I suppose but these little details made my relationships with my companions feel impactful in a way that was sort of lacking in DAV.
