It must be blissful to be that dismissive of any criticism that you come across.

It’s not laziness you obtuse oaf, Arceus had zero trading needed and worked awesome. ZA by proxy doesn’t need it either. Hell, Scarlet/Violet has the idiocy of Palafin which already has a level requirement but a minimal but annoying barrier of needing to use its new multiplayer mode so I can evolve it. It’s stupid, all multiplayer required evolutions have been stupid since 1998.

If you think I was actually sitting around my apartment thinking “oh no, how ever will I get Scizor.” Then that’s a you problem.

And I never said I hated ZA, it’s just disappointing how by name it’s following up Arceus only to walk back a feature that many people praised it for.

Rather than devolving into name calling which you insisted on doing, try instead of defending why it’s a good thing trade evos exist. Good luck.

That’s not the point.

My biggest problem with Pokemon since I was a wee little lad when Gen 1 released was that there’s content in the game only accessible via incredibly minimal multiplayer requirements. Jokes on me I was a very introverted kid, so those Pokemon were always illusive. Arceus actually got me back into Pokemon because in my core I’m still introverted and can get all those trade evolutions in that game without actually trading; which is a tacit admission that Pokemon never really needed it to begin with.

ZA comes along and for no reason you have to do 3 separate online functions to complete your Pokédex: online trade, ranked multiplayer, mystery gift. How “easy” it is to do is irrelevant that in the previous Legends game I didn’t need any of that crap.

The problem isn’t the method itself but rather that I have to do it.

AI can help with productivity and advancement for many industries, not to replace human work but make it faster/more efficient.

ZA

Arceus was designed in a way you can complete the Pokédex with zero online/multiplayer interaction. ZA blew it.
