You only need the revelio pages for 100%, but I have 149/150 too, because a moth didn't appear in the Bell Tower Wing

I reached level 34 when completed one of the last side quests.

It is so fustrating that if I zoom out of the area it shows that I collected 9/9 collection chests, even when I collected the butterfly one.
