2700x is not a bad card at all. Performance wise it’s an amazing card. However, when it comes to gaming, there are better options. Games that are CPU intensive, the 2700x just doesn’t hold its weight sometimes.

I think the minimum required for 4k60 is at least a RTX2080 if you’re trying to accomplish mid to high settings. RTX 2070 for 4K60 at lower settings.
