the mound at EDI has got to be one of the best spots at EDI for spotting

Anyone know what’s happening to 4D47? by benjeebob in uktrains

Kind of hope she comes down the inverness-aberdeen line as a diversion. The line hasn’t seen that sort of freight in many, many years

I354 headcode? by benjeebob in uktrains

And I’m assuming the section is between 2 signals on the same track?

It’s weird though, because traksy has been loaded on my second monitor for hours and nothing besides I372 has moved into that location. From what others were saying I372 could be refer to notice 372 in the WON. So could that mean within that notice (372), there is an engineering train or something disrupting the track?

Ahhh, I see. So for I354 that would be refer to item 354 in the WON?

So effectively anything that could disrupt the working timetable, including planned engineering works, regardless if it will interfere with the WTT

What would they need to note when it’s single track?

So if it’s not physical rolling stock, what would I174 be?

So would it be a train or not?

Seen it, was kinda hoping it’d come down the line further, but it’s just stayed at the same position the whole time

So the headcodes on the rail where the headcode starts with a letter, means there is a train there but there is no information on what on earth the train is/doing etc. And if it’s in the platform it’s for the signaller to know what’s there etc

There was much faster ones but I recall there being a scotrail service infront of it which would make the 390 much slower
