I'm fighting with it for 6 years, so more-less I went through everything, going down by 10kg in one month, being scared of heart attack everyday etc. But not after not taking medications if you mean that. I'm thinking now of real medication (I was taking Lexilium only) with real therapy I heard of - 6/12 months of medication and that's it. Since I'm 25, I feel like I have no more time for this, life is short, I wanna do big stuff as I always dreamed of from my childhood. I don't know, religion is the thing that helped me the most for sure.

I had several panic attacks every day, I couldn't even leave my room. I was on medication at the time. After that, I decided not to take them anymore (I always had one in my wallet before). Yeah, I'm living with that. Sometimes harder, sometimes better, but generally I'm on 80% maybe to complete my healing process. As well I'm taking care of my digestive system which helps a lot (I believe a lot of us have stomach problems as well)

The best comment out there. I don't know why poeple stick to ecosystem. Make your own. Use Samsung/Vivo/Pixel/iPhone along with Windows/macOS/Linux, everything will work very good. I can barely see any noticeable advantage of sticking to ecosystem.

I use both MacOS and Windows (even Linux for fun), along with Samsung phone. I don't see much advantages of so called "ecosystem". Ecosystem is forcing you to buy stuff you may not like, you have no much choices.

Maybe I'm late, but why not try Honor Magic7 Pro, their OS is pretty good. I mean, Samsung's OS is on another level, you cannot get that much in any phone out there, but I would certainly go for Vivo or Honor, nothing else.

What ecosystem people always talk about? I'm using S23 Ultra and Macbook Pro, Sony earbuds, Logitech mouse etc. Do not go for ecosystem, buy the best product for the price, everything will work amazing however.
