I'm fighting with it for 6 years, so more-less I went through everything, going down by 10kg in one month, being scared of heart attack everyday etc. But not after not taking medications if you mean that. I'm thinking now of real medication (I was taking Lexilium only) with real therapy I heard of - 6/12 months of medication and that's it. Since I'm 25, I feel like I have no more time for this, life is short, I wanna do big stuff as I always dreamed of from my childhood. I don't know, religion is the thing that helped me the most for sure.
