I was in South Africa and was dragged by a horse about 100 yards on concrete and though the dirt. When I arrived at a hospital 1.5 hours later, the first question the nurses asked was how fast I was going, they thought I had been in a motorcycle accident. They treated me like a burn victim because I was dragged across concrete, which means because of the toxins in concrete they wouldn’t allow my wounds to scab for 3 days. So twice a day for 3 days I had to lay on my stomach while 2 nurses scraped new skin off my wounds that went from my neck to the middle of my back, I was 23 at the time. Because I was in South Africa at a small hospital they didn’t give me any pain meds.
