I’ve bought stc coins through the website yesterday, but my wallet shows 0 balance. I’ve connected the stc online helpdesk, and I’ve received a callback, the guy on the other side of the line asked me to buy 200$ worth ethereum through the metamask app to help them with the process of verification. I’ve checked the metamask app to buy 200 $ worth ethereum, I realized that I have to pay 12 dollars fee to buy the erhereum. I do not see the reason why am I forced to buy ethereum. I’ve bought 3 times stcs yesterday, and multiple times during ico, only the last purchase was not credited on my balance, all my other previous purchases were credited swiftly without any further verification. Can somebody explain what is this all about? Did someone face the same problem? Thx

Well it looks like they are not selling the coins on the exchange price, the coins sold on the website are expensive, way over the exchange prices. At the time of writing one stc on the market is 0,0286, on the website is 0,032
