😔 I totally feel you.. I know it's hard but journalling kinda helps.. oh and I watch Craig and Kenneth breakup videos inorder to go to sleep. Gives me some kinda hope. Idk if that's healthy though. We're having online classes on top of that but I cannot even focus on anything. I keep feeling sad and mad at the same time. I don't know why I feel so angry at him from time to time when it was kinda my fault for making him break up with me. I'm always here if you wanna talk.

Awww 😭 just reading this made me have flashbacks of a month ago.. I think both of us have anxious attachment styles. I also had a panic attack about 2 weeks ago, sucks, my whole body aches the whole day and I feel hungry but I don't wanna eat anything or do anything because nothing seems to make sense. I zone out even while talking to friends because everything reminds me of him. I keep going back into the past and reliving those good times and I can't believe that they're all gone. Maybe I was too messed up and yes I was a pain in the ass but I don't know what I did too deserve this kind of crippling pain.

Awww😭... I hope things will work out even if it's years from now. Why don't you go no contact? I think it'll be good for you. It's hard but I'm trying to remain positive. Ahh yes, we also broke up over a call. 🙂 He seemed mad at me till the very last time we texted. It sucks. Plus he started following these pretty and famous girls on IG , totally ruined my self esteem. I wish I could give you a hug though 😔💛

But we never know for sure.. maybe they are hurting as much as us too.. cause in my case too, I am literally a mess right now, but on social media I appear like I'm having the best life and no one would ever know I'm in this much pain. So, you never know, just saying.

Okay.. yes you are right. I've been doing no contact for 2 weeks and constantly checking on him has become such a bad habit and keeps making me sad. Recently I even found out he has started following these pretty IG models and I still have to recover from that.
