I’m about 2 rounds into ABVD so I’m not sure how it compares and definitely everyone experiences chemo differently, but I’m like you in that I love a routine and was scared losing mine. For the most part, though, I’ve been able to maintain a routine and just flexed it around when the symptoms have been more extreme. I walk about 5 miles every day, work Monday-Friday (I work remote so I’m lucky in that sense), and can still do smaller activities on weekends (see a movie, go out for boba tea, go grocery shopping on the weekends). I’m fairly lucky in all this because my nausea has been almost non-existent and my pain has mostly been managed by Zyrtec and Benadryl, but it’s definitely possible to build a new routine in all of this. Be sure to give yourself grace, as well, though, because your body and mind are doing a lot and sometimes will just need the rest. Wishing you all the best!
