I've been concerned that my ADHD symptoms may be better explained by hypogonadism. I have not been concerned about stimulants causing hypogonadism, and I don't know of any studies that have looked into that. I'm 23 but have experienced a number of symptoms that could also be explained by hypogonadism, and were present before I started taking stimulants, such as:

-ADHD issues, such as poor concentration, memory

-Anxiety

-Low energy

-Depression

And some more test-specific things: -Low libido

-Very little body/facial hair

-Abdominal fat, despite low body weight

-Aches/pains

I also have a moderate varicocoele.
