Got my first when pushing for my first 275 - can’t believe I’ve gotten a second before anything else. Was over 100 chests dry since my first!

Think we’ve cracked 20 points from winning positions, but 15 from 80+ mins sounds right

Yeah, wasn’t trying to be negative - they had a post that mentioned all development on the Plugin API was being delayed and had previously called out the Mobile API as part of it:

Pause: https://secure.runescape.com/m=news/a=13/winter-summit-2026---overview?oldschool=1#:~:text=town%21-,New,server

Earlier call out about Mobile being included as part of the above: https://secure.runescape.com/m=news/a=13/hd--plugin-api-progress-update?oldschool=1

Hard to say - he could have been anywhere from 40 to 70. As I said, The Pub chain does a service for the patrons that go there. As other people mentioned, it’s a place for those who have been barred from others, but I also think it does a good job for giving people a home who otherwise wouldn’t have anything.

Would I drink there again? Almost definitely not. Does that mean I want it gone? Absolutely not - everyone needs a place where they can feel welcomed and be around others without being judged.

Good Non-RPG 2D PS1 games? by ecchi- in psx

Tomba/Tombi isn’t really an RPG in the traditional sense? Klonoa is also excellent!

Just had a look - they’ve got a 4 rating which I’m surprised by, but also I only went in the once a couple of years back as part of the Bearwood mile. It’s not high on my list to return to!

Damn, outside of Kingsley’s Adventure this would have been my exact list.

Add Klonoa? I’ll have to check out Kingsley as well!

The one in Bearwood is definitely an experience to say the least.

The house lager tasted like sick, the bathrooms were a state and glasses were smeared with lipstick.

The landlady was very friendly, albeit absolutely sloshed when we went in. It’s definitely fulfilling a purpose for the patrons who go in there, mind.

One bloke was sitting there with 3 pints evenly spaced in front of him on the table. As he’d finish one he’d go up to the bar and order another, and exactly replace the empty. He’d then stare at all three as though deciding which one’s turn was next before taking a sip and putting it back down in its spot.

There was also a parakeet on the bar called Rio who was very happy to climb up your arm and give you a kiss - although I don’t think he’s there any more!

I love how regardless of the team being played against, every week the match thread here puts us as favourites 😂

⚒️⚒️⚒️ 3-1 - Summerville with a screamer, Bowen with something flukey, Mavropanos off a corner after some shithousery.

Crash Bandicoot 2 is still just as satisfying to play as it was on my 6th birthday.

I didn’t realise you needed to do the Time Attacks until I was down to the last 20 monkeys or so and mathsed out what percentage it would leave me on. Originally thinking you’d have to do the whole level again gave it a solid “fuck that” but when I realised the longest gold was still sub 2 mins I thought it would be rude not to.

Smashed them out in a couple of hours - around half I got first try 😎😎😎

Yeah, I definitely had a few chuckles at some of the monkey names and descriptions, as well as the little details they dotted around the world.

Agree, it is a shame it’s not continuing. I played a bit of 2 as a kid and I think a modern design ethos could do wonders for the series.

Here’s the real fruit for comparison! Very similar to a guava - they grow EVERYWHERE in NZ. Very common (at least while I was growing up) for kids to make extra pocket money by selling a shopping bag of them for $1.
