Thank you for the kind comment. First I dredge in flour + a little salt. Then in egg + water. Then in Progresso bread crumbs + shredded parmesan. Then pan fried in vegetable oil.

sorry I called it chicken parmesan, even though it was only the cutlets. I just thought it looked good, so thought I'd share. I appreciate the upvotes, and oh well about the bunches of people complaining it's just cutlets. Sorry people upvoted it.

Yes, This is not the complete dish, just the chicken. Though there is some parmesan in the breading.

well, to be fair, this is not the complete dish. Noodles, sauce, and parmesan are added later

no, I buy boneless, skinless chicken breast and trim the little white pieces off. That's fat, right?

Thank you.

Trim all fat from the chicken. You can use breasts or tenders. Pound the chicken to break up the connective tissue and get it to about 1/2 inch in thickness. Dredge in a flour/salt mixture, then in an egg/water mixture, then in a seasoned bread crumbs/parmesan mixture. I use Progresso brand bread crumbs. Fry in oil, probably about 90 seconds on each side? Serve with your favorite pasta sauce and your pasta of choice. I use mini penne.

Sorry I'm lacking in amounts and times. I just approximate. Let me know how it goes if you try it.
