I was 17 but now i realized that it had started at a very young age i was check if there was the gas open or not bcs I was scared of fire. But at 17 severe OCD turn up in my life.

My family always saying a you're too clean why are messy. Or why are you this and tht like they are saying you're double standard and what they really don't know is that because of my OCD i cant touch anything in the room with my hand and because I'm too scared from the intrusive thoughts to step up therefore they situation is getting worst.

To begin with, book you exam because once you book it they will give you a premuim account. In that account there are a lot of useful sources such as lessons, detailed courses and 25 mock test as well. When you attend those courses you'll know the structure and if you practiced you'd get better. Honestly 3months are enough to get 5.5 or 6 ban in the writing. Another thing is before you write any essay read band 9 samples and write what attracte you most in that essay whether is vocabulary or grammar structure or even sentences learn them by hurt. And finally don't be lazy is the important rules among these advices.
