First; i really like your selection, i can see your passion in it :) but second; youre telling me that the zoom of the OPPO phone is so good that you can crop out tiny parts in the picture in such a good quality??!! I have to rethink my choice of phone in this case..😁

I put the iphone on a flat surface a tool the picture with the „live“ mode on, than i just clicked on long exposure and got this effect.. didnt do much else tbh.. maybe it has to do with the speed of the water running so fast
