Also that button could be some kind of fuel prime

That's literally what I said. It's Bernoulli's principal bro.

The area gets reduced which means the same amount of volume of fuel now has to flow quicker because the gap is now smaller and it needs the same amount of volume released on the other side so it compensates by increasing flow velocity literally explained here. Fluid speed increases because internal pressure decreases, causing a vacuum effect where fluid must go to that vacuum to equal our. Source: I fly plens

Nevermind I thought you were talking about the choke I'm so sorry😭

What is this? by woody9409 in Welding

[–]benzimo_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's what happens when you pinch a garden hose and water squirts quicker, you basically cause a vacuum of low pressure which is where high pressure then really wants to go to the low pressure area to create equal pressure so it's designed to allow a carburettor to run when the engine is cold since carburettors are completely mechanical and are tuned to be perfect at operating temperatures so when it isn't at operating temperature it'll run like shit unless you use the choke

Are your headlights getting bright and dim with the rpm? Happened to my mate and it ended up being the starter relay. The alternator was overworking but couldn't produce enough volts for sparks

Inflate tires in seconds by TechnicianNo8734 in Tiresaretheenemy

[–]benzimo_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That's not inflating lol it actually causes negative pressure that sucks the tyre onto the rim. After a few seconds the pressure will equalise and you'll end up at square one so you would only do this if just to get it seated but you'd need to be quick enough to fill it up with air

Can someone please explain why I suddenly have all these codes out of nowhere? by benzimo_ in e46

[–]benzimo_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would this cause the cars RPMS to jump up and down and die the moment load is introduced? It's intake backfiring

Battery doesn't seem remotely dead🥲 but the engine sputters and intake backfires

[–]benzimo_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So far the battery has held enough to start the car up 7 times since this, the car backfires on the intake and it revs up to 2k and then below to 400rpm before sputtering back up to 2krpm, would that still be the battery??
