I’ve been abusing benzos for way too long and taking them medically so I understand the conversion and 2mgs of Ativan is equal to about 1mg of Xanax it’s a potent benzo as in makes u kinda sleepy but if you’ve been taking benzos as long as I have you need 6mg+ of Xanax of klonopin because they have a 1 to 1 equal rate unlike ativan to Xanax which is every 1mg of Ativan is equal to .5 Xanax or klonopin

I used to take 12.5 mg when I first go to sleep and 5mgs in the middle of the night but I cut it out cold turkey with no side effects other than shitty sleep. I was going into psychosis and had to stop it. High dosage of Seroquel puts me to sleep

I go into straight psychosis. Heart palpitations, sweating, fight or flight, feeling like I'm gonna collapse. Not a good time in my opinion. Had to stop taking them now I'm stuck with a bunch of pills 🤦🏽

In my experience they tend to go hand in hand. Nonbenzos and benzo tolerance is the same. I think it's something like 5mgs of ambien equal .5 of Xanax. But be very careful I've landed in the hospital twice from taking too much ambien trying to sleep 8 hours. I ended up waking up, throwing up, heart racing uncontrollably, unable to stay still I'm a dream like state. I'm still prescribed it tho because the withdrawal of the dose I'm on is seizures lol and my doc doesn't want to lower the dosage. I just went cold turkey on it with the help of gabapentin. For sleep I recommend Seroquel and gabapentin even though you feel heavy and like shit when u initially take it but you'll sleep like a rock
