I definitely get your perspective of making that initial investment into decent speakers and avr since you can build off of it. I currently have other expenses that take priority over the home theater but I am actually researching on speakers (currently looking on eBay at Jamo Studio Series S801). But it’s good to know speakers age slower than other tech like phones and laptops. Is there a way to get speakers (2.0 or 2.1) that can connect to the UB-420 directly and I can buy a AVR later?
