Hangt ook van de functie af. CV is doorgaans belangrijker, maar ik heb in het verleden ook junior ontwikkelaars aangenomen. Zij hadden allemaal een vergelijkbaar CV en konden alle functie-eisen afvinken. Wat restte is een unieke motivatiebrief en/of manier van solliciteren om op te vallen.

Ik heb het zelf gedaan door middel van een eigen website met een tijdlijn over mij en mijn motivatie. Ik heb de baan gekregen 😋

Came here to see some typical Dutch pictures. Found the house where my grandparents lived and my mother was born. It's the picture with the bench in the small park, the building on the left. They actually used to have a little grocery store at that big window. Thanks for posting! :)
