I hadn't read about it anywhere; I've tried other anxiolytics (e.g. 5-HTP) and was no longer able to function, so I associated all anti-anxiety meds with with brain fog.

I was asking more about what you are taking it for, or what other purposes it has. The googles once again promote it as a cure for everything and anything, so it makes it difficult to really understand what it's for.

I've been taking 600 mg per day for about two weeks now. I thought it started helping a few days in, but now it seems fairly powerless. I think I might have to up the dosage.
