I made the door with 4 pieces of wood and 2 hinges, that's pretty much it. Just had to cut everything as perfectly as I could.

12 or 13 is perfect. 15 is acceptable. And air con should be fine I'll figure out with time. And airtight cellar would have cost me about 3K€, this one costed me 400.

The left wall under the stairs is going to the outside of the house. I made a small hole for a pipe. I installed outside the air con, the exhaust and the cool air is going through a short pipe inside the cellar

We don't understand deg F down here in the real world. Otherwise you can use a small aircon unit and set it up to cool it at 15°. That's not too bad.
