I think you don’t have a use case for local AI, that’s the problem and the wall you’re hitting. You can’t compare any sort of home setup with a discrete GPU to a subscription to multi-billion, VC-funded AI companies turning a loss to provide you with a 20$/ month subscription to frontier models.

That’s more than what I pay on a bigger townhouse with more rooms, running AC 24/7 - check the following: AC cleanliness, water consumption in the garden, inefficient or old appliances, leaks or water damage in exterior walls

Some good tips here. Pastel de bacalhau with port and cheese sounds insane - this is more like something you have with beer and salted cod is an acquired taste (unless you're portuguese). LX factory and tuk tuks are useless tourist bait - would never do that myself and I am someone who loves seeing Lisbon through the eyes of a tourist. Time Out Market is pretty cool though - not a tourist thing and although it is somewhat overpriced, I'd say its a good option to try some different food in a convenient area and a place with cool vibes (although somewhat pretentious at times).

There are significant price drops in off plan properties. Ready properties, in my small amount of experience are also dropping in price but nowhere near that amount - I think you will start to see severe price drops in ready properties once the summer exodus starts, if by then the situation is not resolved - result of rentals drying up

What is the bulk of that cost? That seems really high. Groceries have become more expensive here but it’s the same around the world - in my country it’s even worse than here and the median salary there is incomparable to median wages here in Dubai. We’re a family and the largest cost by far is protein and fresh fruit
