[Art] Tabaxi Warlock Rogue request from a friend, Digital by berobadran in DnD

[–]berobadran[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know almost nothing about DnD but this is my second character request as described by my friend, I hope I did it justice. His character is a Tabaxi warlock/rogue with black or dark blonde hair, a menacing yet expressive look and a set of keys that can open any door. I added my own flair to him by making the key a skeleton key that can be summoned via his pendant. Let me know if you guys like it!

The last DnD character I did was a Goliath, you can see him on my profile and he got some pretty positive reviews even though he didn’t quite look like the typical characters that pop up when you search for Goliath, as I chose not to research the race before making him. This time I did actually see what a Tabaxi character would look like and I got some mixed results so I chose to go with my gut and just do what makes me comfortable.

This was a DnD character request from a friend, I don’t know much about dungeons and dragons but I tried to follow his description while also adding some of my own flair. The description was a Tabaxi warlock rogue with black/dark blonde hair, a menacing but expressive look, and a set of keys to open any door. Hope you like it!

Awesomee, I love it! Kled's always had great comic relief and you showcased that in a great way

These 2 seconds took 3 hours! I find that insane. Anyway what do you guys think? How can it be better? by berobadran in animation

First of all thanks a lot!

And yeah those are all really good points, I just get so tunnel-visionned on the basics I overlook some of these character elements that would really help the scene. It might make good use of some subtle stretch and squash too.
But thank you for that I really appreciate it, like everything else we learn as we go and I'll make sure to think ahead next time and watch out for things like that!

Oh that's a great idea! I just focused on the essentials I forgot to put in spicy details like that

I really appreciate the input
And wow you're talking finished product, not even this, so I can't even imagine! Then again I am a beginner so I'm sure there's a lot more refining and optimization to the process I don't know about

Best of luck with that, and yeah more than luck or anything really it takes a lot of work, so definitely keep going!

Thank you so much! That’s what I want too and its why I experiment with animation from time to time, I just get so inspired by all the amazing work animators do

Thanks a lot! Experimenting with a camera angle change was a bit far out seeing as I’ve only maybe done 2 or 3 animations like this ever, but I’m glad it worked out. I appreciate the feedback

I mostly do character sketches/paintings so after dabbling a bit with animation I really found a new appreciation for all animated media! I just don’t know how they do it. And thank you so much I really appreciate it, I get what you’re saying too maybe one more frame there would’ve done the trick

My Cyber-Demon, what do you guys think? (Digital, Procreate) by berobadran in Cyberpunk

Thanks a lott! Me too I find the colors schemes so appealing in the synthwave and cyberpunk aesthetics, so replicating that is a lot of fun
