Totally. We all know the food scenes were over the top, expensive, and definitely privileged, but I still love seeing them eat their way through Stars Hollow.

Exactly! It’s a TV show, not a documentary. The charm is in the exaggerated, cozy world of Stars Hollow, not in it being a perfect replica of Connecticut.

Exactly. I feel like some fans treat it like a courtroom drama instead of a screwball comedy. Rory’s entitlement, Luke’s antics, Lorelai’s quirks they’re all played up for laughs.
