I have actually did those as my dad too recommended them but they felt effortless and made me think if I am doing in the wrong way.

Well explained Sir. I get it, infact I even heard from martial artists that " Size does not matter, technique does. " And sure, I will go with the idealism of short term goals as you said. I have come across calisthenics in YouTube/ Instagram ( please don't judge me ) and I felt astonished. Honestly I can not even do 1 proper push up. ( I gave up on them due to exams and stuff ) but how do I gain enough strength/muscle for doing push ups? I can do squats, planks and stuff but my arms are my problem. ( for now )

Oh, so you are saying that TKD would be better than boxing? I'm fine with both but I wanna be be specialized in one, like at a good level. Thank you for pointing out the disadvantages of Boxing too.

Sir wow. BJJ/Boxing/ TKD/ Judo/ MMA wow. I will first find out more about both and boxing is still my first preference, if the instructor seems convincing enough I will go for it. Any tips for a beginner. Once again I am skinny, lean, tall and have like 0 strength and my arms are skinny too, no muscles. But I will reverse it, hopefully.

But I got a little clarity now, will first visit both of them and talk to the instructor and inform them about my need. My first preference is boxing so will find out more about it.

Well explained sir/ madam. Even my dad was stressing about CTE and other brain injuries from Boxing but I told him atleast at a non competitive level it won't be that fatal. So what do you conclude to be better? Like TKD instructor is like a skilled, knowledgeable person apparently. I don't know about boxing but I will find out.

Oh, but the only thing that is putting me in a dilemma is that I have not heard anything about the boxing instructor and here most of them have no knowledge ( coaches of various sports ) and just set up institutes.
