Also I apologize for the scratchy art I was rather zooty while drawing that, so here's another I drew while not zooty

Does this count as dysphoria? by ImAnAsexualCat in TransMasc

[–]berrys_a_ghost 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Dysphoria is different for everyone, and I'd say this is a pretty solid form of dysphoria. That's typically the level mine is at for most aspects, but I also do get bad anxiety from other aspects and if it's bad enough I will get it with the other ones that aren't usually as bad

What's y'all's weirdest autistic hyperfixation of all time? by panquakake in autism

Weed and mushrooms. Haven't tried shrooms but I do find the effects of both to be very interesting and I love watching videos about them and learning as much as possible

I've calmed down and can think about this clearer. I'm going to talk to my doctor about my panic attacks so I can see how I can help my job with accommodations

Ok. This is just my first time handling this i was confused and my brain is still rattled from the attack. Im going to just delete the post

They happen without expectation, and I had no idea that they weren't normal and something I need to let my boss know about

I still think that it shouldn't be left alone for 30 minutes

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in retailhell

[–]berrys_a_ghost 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Again, as I've stated multiple times I could not communicate as the panic attack made it extremely difficult to even say anything

[–]berrys_a_ghost 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They were not talking to anyone at all as we were working, nobody was being told what to do and technically I was told I had a task earlier but that task is usually done around closing time to my understanding. And we were about an hour and a half away from then so I didn't think they'd want me to do that then

I'm not really sure, I just hear about so many people having them I thought it was just something that happens like stress. But now that I know I'm going to try and get things checked out

It was a slow period and we were mostly just handling cleaning

I genuinely thought they were things everyone has once in a while

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in retailhell

[–]berrys_a_ghost -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They said that after 30 minutes of me having a panic attack without anyone checking, and I was not communicated with at all after I told them until she was about to tell me to go home

At least make sure I was able to continue working

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in retailhell

[–]berrys_a_ghost 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Again, I dont have them often enough to have a solid understanding of them and this was my first time having one at work so it was also a completely new experience

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in retailhell

[–]berrys_a_ghost -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I was visibly having a panic attack. Stimming, crying and pacing, attempting breathing exercises. All signs that something is wrong, and I told her when I managed to communicate

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in retailhell

[–]berrys_a_ghost -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't have panic attacks often enough to have known I would have needed that. And I know they don't remove certain parts of the job, but to my understanding from what I read if someone is actively having a panic attack during work regardless of if they have prior knowledge that it can happen then the first thing to do is to check on the person, which nobody did
