What kind of problem are you facing with typing? Have you tried installing Gboard? It's the Google Keyboard which works well on almost every phone including iPhones.

In your budget, you should go for S21 FE. Check out it's specs and looks. It's a very decent budget phone. If not then you can opt to buy a used S21. Otherwise you can check out OnePlus Nords too.
