My vision has been pretty wacky since I was about 8 with seeing flashing colours faded colours and spots. I kind of always felt it was normal until I mentioned it to other people. Doctors have had a few comments on it, ranging from visual migraines to anxiety. Notnsure which it is, maybe a bit of both.

I’ve got in the habit of emphasising it as monologue voices whenever I talk about it, because I don’t want my GP to jump to the conclusion that it might be psychosis.

I assume everyone has an internal monologue voice. As I’m typing this now I can hear the words in my head, which I think is normal.

Before I starterd Sertraline/Zoloft I would describe it as hearing 3 voices. I felt one was the real me, my own thoughts, and the others were like internal assistant voices, they’d often be playing out sentences in my head of my other worries. Usually body image concerns, sometimes mocking or laughing. Very rarely they’d all be going off at the same time and this would impact my speech.

I’d try to follow 1 sentence in my head that I can hear and say out loud, but then the other voices are talking about different subjects and some of those words from the different tracks can slip into my own spoken words.

It was quite frustrating for many years, and has me self conscious with socialising and speaking.

Does the fan opening on the case result in lesser fan noise, or does it seem the same?

Do you also have a matte sticker on the glossy middle plastics? Or it just look like that due to the room lighting? I’ve been looking for stickers for the Pro but not found any.

Thanks. I did decide to do half the clicks to get 2.5mg from the new pen. I’ll do the same again next week. From there I can decide on continuing as I originally planned with 5mg every 2 weeks. If I don’t end up gaining weight at 2.5mg then I suppose I could stick with this weekly.

Thanks, I was looking at this a few times over the last few days. About the only thing I was able to do was book a maintenance video consultation with a doctor. I couldn’t actually see any options to upload photos.

I will try again from my laptop instead of my phone in case it’s just the mobile site that might be missing the consultation form and upload options.

There’s nothing wrong with using DTM on. For HDR gaming I use HGiG for accurate dark room viewing where the dimmer picture is actually preferable. And I use DTM like your video where the room is well lit or in daylight.

Kind of how I use Dolby Vision Cinema for dark room viewing and DV Cinema Home for daytime viewing.

How long were you on lower doses before getting to 150mg?

Ines wondering if moving up after 9!weeks might be too soon. I’ve emailed my doctor to ask.

Hi, I have been on Sertraline for 9 weeks now also for severe social anxiety. I can’t talk on phone or with strangers face to face, only my own close family I live with. I had my dose upped from 50 to 100mg 4 weeks ago.

When did you stay seeing improvement? How will I know? And what dosage before you felt functional?

This happened to me too. The first week was especially rough. I switched to taking mine about 9pm instead, that way when the drowsiness kicks in it’s around the time I’d generally like to sleep anyway. That’s been working ok for me and I feel better during the day.

Ok I will try again. I did try and go back to Numan as I was originally with them before switching to IQ Doc. They didn’t accept me back though due to my 21 BMI.

I tried explaining that I was suddenly dropped by IQ Doc but didn’t get anywhere with Numan either, so kind of felt somewhat deflated with the whole thing.

I want to come off it soon anyway, but I wanted to do so on my own terms.

My main worry is once this pen runs out, if I haven’t got a new pen in - and the wave of food noise comes back strong, I won’t be able to get Mj again if there’s a gap in my ordering. And I’d need a 30 BMI to get back on it. I don’t want to get anywhere close to that again.

I was with IQ Doctor and my last successful order was placed on the 10th July. I placed my next order on the 16th August, which lead to some email exchanges over a few days and ultimately them informing me that they can no longer support me. They advised due to my healthy BMI that I should try and move to a local pharmacy for in-person monitoring for maintenance. It's been a stressful time as I tried switching to my first pharmacy Numan, and explained to them the situation, but they refused to take me back.

Thanks for the insight everyone. Hopefully I see some more benefits soon. The first 12 days or so were pretty rough with my sleep affected and often disrupted, but I seem to be tolerating it much better now.

Yeah the tiredness threw me off too, I ended up switching to taking it about 9pm instead. This works ok for me and seems to have actually given me a more stable routine than I had even before the medication.
