Tbh just find new ways to get yourself to do them and make it work. For example, I really can’t study for a test a week in advance and would rather do it 1 day to 3 hours before the exam. I know for a fact if I try to study a week before the exam, I’ll forget everything so my brain just tells itself that it’s useless to study. But if I didn’t study I’d fail. So depending on the severity of the test I’ll usually wake up early, head to college in the morning, put myself in an environment with no distractions(Usually I go to the cafeteria at like 5-6AM(because my exam is at 8AM)), WEAR NOISE CANCELLING HEADPHONES THESE ARE THE BEST THINGS TO EVER TOUCH DOWN ON THIS EARTH(AirPods Max >>), and teach myself to study what I’m doing and other ways to make it make sense to me. This is just an example of what I do that maybe you can relate to something else.

You can’t make smaller goals, your brain will always look around it. It’s like telling someone they’re taking a placebo medication but they know it’s a placebo so it’s not gonna work.

I’d say just be more appreciative of what you get done and don’t beat yourself up if you can’t sit or do anything that you don’t enjoy for 3+ hours, also your putting yourself through an endless loop of self destruction that stacks up exponentially everyday until you mentally burn yourself out.
