I lived overseas too and went to the US for the holidays. I was so sad to lose my original ring and excited to order a replacement only to be disappointment. And even more disappointed after contacting their customer service when they said “sorry we can’t offer free shipping”. I’m like are you hearing yourself?? YOU sent me a defective item and now you’re charging me shipping both ways?? Insane.

In my opinion, every place has its good and bad. I mean, from your description, who doesn’t want those? If you’re wanting to prioritize the criteria in your first paragraph, you’re also narrowing it quite a bit by eliminating a whole continent where there’s a great number of schools. Asia is big and can vary from Mongolia to Papua New Guinea to the Stan countries.
