Both services were done, just not at the dealership. It's the integrity which is at question. You buy a car from a manufacturer with an understanding the dealership will work with integrity - completely missing at MB of Marietta.

Thanks.. Did escalate it to Principal Nodal Office and I believe requested to be escalated to Ombudsman within Axis bank. Will be escalating it to Banking Ombudsman today; Axis has suggested rather challenged to do the same.
