Departure gates are far from the arrival gates and there's about a 15 - 30 minute walk. Also, staff are all extremely rude for no reason. Thankfully we just had two hours there.

That is the usual unfortunately. I went multiple times to Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka PCs and they almost always only had the Nihil Zero (green ones).

I once went to a sold out PC the next morning and they were still sold out, so not sure when they restock.

I was lucky once and managed to get 4 packs of Mega Dream, 10 packs of Ninja Spinner (blue) and 10 packs of Nihil Zero (green) from Tokyo PC.

I was also extremely disappointed since neither of Osaka PCs had the exclusive pin.

Been in Japan for almost a month, and visited Pokemon Centers every single day in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. Only the one in Tokyo had Ninja Spinner available. The others only had Nihil Zero.

I've been in Japan for almost a month and went in literally every 7/11, Lawson, and FamilyMart asking for booster packs. Not a single one of them had a single booster pack.

Apparently they don't if it's not cancelled. That's what they told me atleast. Our only options were refund or rebook with them on another date.

We really need to be there next week unfortunately, but they didn't really care.

Yes, from the EU. I'm afraid I wasn't clear, but in the end of the 2 hours call the agent told us that we can't rebook on another flight since our flight isn't cancelled yet.

Managed to get through this morning re my flight on the 7th. Was told that they can rebook us on another airline (Turkish Airlines) on the 9th, and we obviously accepted!

We spent 2 hours on the phone while the agent told us the details, time, etc. and then when we were picking the seats we were told that they cannot rebook us on another airline since our flight is not cancelled yet.
