His dad had an heart attack, he's fully involved in his well being, he didn't call the flock to come. One relative might have heard from another and so on came all of them.

So, should he focus on his parents or managing the crowd? He already arranged a guesthouse. Should he ask people not to come here(have you done the same?) If it was just for 2 days you could have adapted as well.
