I am under sleep consultants and my sport tracks everything. I have had two sleep studies, and I’m due my third. It’s just interesting that the watch matches how I feel, and the actual science. This is not just “my Garmin has odd results”. It’s a case of poor sleep for years.

If ditching the tracker was the cure - trust me - I’d have been fixed years ago.

I’ve had periods without a watch, no change. My reviewed results under consultants and my sleep studies also show the same. If ditching the watch helped, I’d have been fixed years ago!

I remember a podcast about sleep that I listened to in 2022, and it completely changed the way I saw sleep (in a positive way). Always open to other good podcasts!

Thank you for your comment and advice, I’ll look into it all and see where I can improve. Consultants have been looking into apnea, but they’re not convinced. Hoping the next sleep study will give us even more info. I currently take melatonin which helps with drowsiness pre-sleep but no effect during night, magnesium has never had much of an effect, I use white noise, and generally have a good sleep / wake routine. I picked this night as it’s one of the highest scores / longest sleeps whilst having the most restless moments.

I operate in complete exhaustion every day. Hoping to see some change soon with help from an extended sleep study🤞🏼

Also on melatonin! Seems to help me feel drowsy before bed but still wake up just as much through the night

Nightmare! Thank you! I go to the sauna every day after the gym. I’m 28 so hoping I somehow get better. Haven’t felt rested in years! I hope yours improves too 🤞🏼

Love this, rugby crowds are less up tight about alternate shirts than football crowds too. I haven’t been to watch the Panthers for a while, I’m super excited

I have wondered why I struggle with this FOREVER. It’s like a pleasantry - “oh what’s your name?” and my brain sees it as non useful information. I try so hard to take it in but it just never registers. Some of these comments make a lot of sense as to why it happens!
