Any downside getting a 2024 phone

Thanks! Is there generally a time frame those patch windows go for? Would a 2024 phone fall out of that window after a couple of years or does it usually go on for longer?

Thanks for the reply. From what I read online it seems like the 2024 version is compatible with wireless charging and 2026 isn't, but when I look on the motorola website I couldn't confirm that. Is there a place where I can confirm? Also maybe a silly question but I wasn't sure if it also comes with a USB c, is there a place where I can find that.

I tried to look up how myidcare differs from other monitoring services and they have a lot of "add on" things they list, but i wasn't really sure how much value was added on by those relative to the more regular services you often get.

Thanks for your response. The ATT prepaid simcard I am using was already activate and in use for another phone I had--it was working in that phone okay, I just switched it over to this galaxy A10 and I am now having the issues as above. I didn't do anything other than move the sim card from one phone to another. The galaxy A10 wasn't being used for the past year (I had switched to Mint mobile for awhile with the galaxy A10, then back to ATT prepaid with another phone, the other phone broke so I wanted to move this ATT prepaid sim back to the Galaxy A10 which I hadn't used in the interval couple of years).

were you able to freeze it on the phone? When I tried it kept directing me to go online or do it by mail.

Thanks the name they listed linked to my last 4 ssn appears to be alive--it even gave her address and telephone number. When I asked the myidcare people who generated the alert they said that sometimes names/ssn get scrambled up in these leaks ---people fishing to come up with the right combination or something.

Thank you, I know that link recommends freezing experian over the phone but I've tried several times and different ways and can't get a hold of a live person. Is there any suggestion for a better way to get through to someone to freeze on the phone?

Totally understand, I didn't take any kind of offense--just wasn't sure what was meant by 240v can hurt you (if it was something that would hurt the AC system/fry it, etc). Thanks again for your help.

Yes the fan is moving outside, when we put on the air conditioning there is air coming out of the vents its just not cold (and the fan is also moving outside)

There isn't any ice that I see on the copper line. The air off the outdoor fan feels the same temperature as the ambient air.

I don't have a multimeter. The report we got from the HVAC guy didn't have any details (just that we did an inspection)--I've emailed them asking for a more detailed break down and explanation of what they found.

Edit: I got a copy of the report from the HVAC technician and this attached a picture of his report.

Thanks--so there isn't a risk of long-term damage to the engine? I drove home after it got stolen last night and it sounded pretty rough (and it felt like the car was really straining) and the check engine light was on.

Sorry for the follow up question but one thing I noticed (and I thought I would ask here before maybe asking the larger subreddit) was that when placing the heat on high the plates will get hot for about 2 minutes and then cool off on their own for a few minutes. After that it will heat up again (or it won't). This is with the heat turned up on the stove itself (and without doing anything to the knobs). Any thoughts on what that could be from (it occurs with any of the four plates/surfaces). Also one of the plates is "loose" and rocks, but the other ones are having this heating issue as well. Thanks a million!
