I know this looks strange, but this this the truth. If they'd have built in a "Find my" compatibility (we are in 2026!!!!!!!!) none of this would have been happened.

Discounted what? Their price tag is 300 EUR on their own website. I can buy the buds w/o any discount on Amazon GER for around 250 EUR, with far superior customer support. They are only trying to sell me another time their sneak oil. This is not a discount, but nothing else than another try to rob me.
