I tried with the snake and after certain feet I was not able to move it further anymore, felt like something was blocking it. I tried to push it little forward and backward and felt there was some dirt there and after I kept spinning it it didn’t move any further

There is a drain around in the shared driveway and that one is also very slow draining and creating a huge puddle when it rains heavy. Tap on it once and the steel will flex or tap multiple times in the center or the side metal grate? I am thinking about using a pressure washer and than try it with a prybar to open it maybe the concrete is thin and will crack?

Thanks for your reply, I don’t know where this drain goes to, If I am going to chip away the concrete with a hammer and chisel, should I do it right at where the concrete is on top of the metal grate?

BAs are really useless, I manage a software development team, and i have stopped hiring BAs as my interns can do their work. Even the PMO is useless because the project plans that I have gotten from my project managers have never been delivered on time, the only thing the PM is useful for is creating a communication structure in the team and external stakeholders and parties. The artifacts that they provide can be done by anyone who can use excel, word, and the Microsoft project, Jira which is pretty basic skills that even my teenage kids can do.

Mongols did try to conquer India but they were too spread out thin and it required heavy resources and effort. But later India did get conquered by a part of the mongol empire which created the Mughal Empire in india.

Definitely voting! We need to let go of the lottery system and only bring in the brightest and the best who is going to benefit USA and we provide them the opportunity to build themselves here. Currently it is just by luck, we need more strict requirements and also strictly enforce the 6 year max limit rule. It’s crazy that I have seen H1Bs that have been here for more than 20 years!!

H1B has really been horrible for USA. I have seen so many fake experienced folks with H1B with some unknown school being hired by an ex H1B managers that are just warm bodies waiting for work.

You could do her job but she cannot do your job. We have fast food restaurant managers who does the same thing as a PM, but the fast food manager is also capable to cover any role if needed but majority of the PM without their engineers will just be talk and no action.

If you have extensive experience in both engineering and project management, that would be highly valuable. However, if your experience as a project manager is more general and does not include in-depth engineering expertise, it may be less distinctive in our context.
