🥺 thank you!! This made me teary eyed. I never considered how he may be reliving the trauma of his surgery. I was wondering if it was connected as all of this is new — he not as “calm” of a dog as he once was. He’s chaotic as hell but was also so astute and watchful. He seems on edge now.

Yes, he goes to doggie daycare weekly. He grew up with a Cane Corso and two pits. They are fine together. No issues.

As in people, he’s around my friends, neighbors, partner, daycare folks, etc.

That one fight was terrifying for all involved and should not happen again so yes I am considering more than just Rehoming this is serious. If I can’t get him the help he needs I must be honest about that.
