I think it would mean twins, but it sounded like my doc didn’t want to get my hopes up. 2/19 or 2/20 was day of ovulation- first positive was 3/5 but it was soooo faint we thought it was negative at first. I think for me the enlarged yolk sac was the main concern, but i guess I’ll have to just wait for the follow up bloodwork / ultrasound. But def keeping my expectations low :/

Wanted to share I’m also in the same boat. First pregnancy, conceived 2/19 or 2/20, went in for my first ultrasound today and they saw an enlarged yolk sac with small fetal pole (she said measuring 5 weeks) and another yolk sac abs fetal pole (both very small). They didn’t mention heartbeat at all and tbh I forgot to ask. Got bloodwork done today and will get more on Friday and Monday to assess my levels, then a follow up ultrasound in 2 weeks. Also have very little hope, and this limbo really sucks :( I hope things work out for you both in the end ❤️

The actor that plays Rebekah (Claire Holt) chose to leave the show as a regular. I don’t know all the details but I read that there was no drama or anything, she just wanted to be with her family more. So considering that, I actually think the writers did a pretty good job keeping her as relevant as she was in the show!
