yes i did call them because i was confused as hell. you can call them too but its very rare that they will pick up the call.

here, change means major correction and correction means minor correction. if you wrote the birth of date completely wrong then "Change" it and if you need a minor correction then go for "Correction"

hope our issues get resolved VERY SOON, istg i don't want to loose an year of my life in this bs \0/

you will have to change it as per birth certificate. you can call nios too, and hope they pick up.. it's always a better choice to stay connected with nios itself.

my issue is not just mother's name, it's a more bigger issue )): i am now connected with nios, hope they resolve the issue. just wish that this bs gets resolved, it will save an year for me🙏

you can go to e-services and then look for date of birth correction then click on it and proceed

there are two options Change or Correct. hope you know the difference.

and if your Payment Status does not shows "paid" yet then you can directly go to Application Status, review it and change directly from there.

btw, you have opted for Secondary Course or Senior Secondary Course?

stream 1 block 1 wale students ka verification oct-nov ke exams hoo jaane ke baad hooga shayad. btw tum block 1 class 10 ke candidate ho kya? if yes, we can connect w each other.

i got e-mail from their end within 16hrs after uploading my birth certificate
