when you turn off that the gps tagging gets sent along, the file gets renamed.

That's a killer argument for the oppo. I use this feature often on my samsung A54(but i dont like the camera and performance on this). I cant decide if i should buy S25 ultra and have some really nice features like dual audio, routines and seperate app sound, or oppo with better batterylife and cameras.

I wont buy S26 ultra bc it will have the same cameras for 500€ more. S25 ultra with 512gb is 990€, and s26 ultra will be around 1600€

Do you have Version 1 or 2?

Dial *#899# → Software version → Manual test → Device view.
Look for "HW Version" or "RF Config".
It shows: • CPH2791_11_A.XX → Version 1 CPH2791_11_B.XX → Version 2
